It seems like there’s more mention of China in the Western media every day. Today, three China stories topped the headlines on CNN.com.

From a historical perspective, China news isn’t new. In early 20th Century, there was no shortage of Chinese news with the Japanese invasion, civil war, revolution, liberation, etc, etc. But the Cold War temporarily froze journalists access to China, leaving the West wanton for China knowledge. Thankfully, things are starting to thaw.
So imagine my surprise today when I opened huffingtonpost.com and read this headline…

The Huffington Post links to an article in the New York Times, “American Graduates Finding Jobs in China.” Here’s an excerpt:
“…working in a context like China builds character, requires you to be a lot more entrepreneurial and forces you to innovate.”
For once, I agree with the media.
